Client Progress - Over 11kg Down 👏🏼

Very proud of how this client has done losing over 11kg.

He came to be with his struggles with nutrition and self-control.

What has helped him massively has been us putting him on a meal plan.

Small load progression here and also aiming to make the reps more continuous (meaning resting less at the top).

Took the mick a bit last week as I was admittedly impatient to box off 6 plates.
