February Recap 

A great month despite very much testing my ability to manage stress 😅

A productive month regardless but including: 

- Finishing up my diet at peak strength 
- Getting bloods done 
- Training with multiple clients 
- Carrying out a
Dieting Phase Before & Afters. 

Short and sharp diet complete dropping 14lbs in 8 weeks. 

The goal of this diet was to drop bodyweight, giving me runway to push it back up again. 

Been no where near this lean at this bodyweight is exciting!
New Phase, New Lifts, New Tissue 🔜

Baseline numbers set on the new movements in push 1 due to: 

1. A nice change from a mental standpoint 

2. Pursuing improvement in my pressing musculature 

Something to note, however, is that I ran for at least
Mini Cut Week #8 - Diet Complete ✔️

Great finish to the dieting phase, with another drop of just over 1lb and visual improvements. 

Towards the end, I was getting to the point where continuing to diet would be detrimental.
